With many libraries closing, and with Amazon extending the free Kindle Unlimited trial to a two-month time period, this is a great time to try out Kindle Unlimited if you haven’t yet. That’s exactly what I did as soon as our libraries closed. I find the Kindle Unlimited library a bit hard to search, so I’ve put together a list of some books I’ve found that you might enjoy.
Edited April 2021: Our libraries are back open, but the free two-month trial is still available.

A sweet book about a family who learns to garden. I love the illustrations in this book.

150+ Screen-Free Activities for Kids by Asia Citro
I happened to be stuck with the physical copy of this book when the libraries closed. My 5-year-old daughter loves looking at at and she’s even convinced me to do a few of the activities.
There are more in the above series that are also included in Kindle Unlimited.
A Twaddle-Free Education: An Introduction to Charlotte Mason’s Timeless Educational Ideas by Deborah Taylor-Hough
The Outdoor Toddler Activity Book: 100+ Fun Early Learning Activities for Outside Play by Krissy Bonning-Gould
Books for Kids and Teens
This is a must read if you haven’t read it yet. I haven’t read the young reader’s edition, but it looks like a good way to introduce the story to younger kids.
We really enjoyed this series. Read my full review here.
This book was so good it had me continually highlighting parts I wanted to remember.
Anything: The Prayer That Unlocked My God and My Soul by Jennie Allen
This book really impacted me when I read it a number of years ago while we were in Africa.
