Description
This is a fun grammar activity to help students review the confusing homophone pairs that are related to the contractions you’re, it’s and they’re.
The homophones covered are the following:
- there, their, they’re
- your, you’re
- its, it’s
While a sheet is included that briefly explains the differences, it is assumed that you have previously taught these homophones.
This activity could be used as a classroom assessment, a homework assignment, extra credit, or for students who finish their regular work early and need a fun activity. Coloring is good for the brain!
